Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of tour packages offered by [Damien’s Company Name], online via the website https://voyages-organises-aux-philippines.com.

Article 2 – Booking

All bookings become final upon payment confirmation (deposit or full payment). A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes. They may be changed without notice, except for already confirmed bookings.

Article 4 – Payment Methods

Payments are made online via PAYPAL.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

Article 6 – Cancellation by the Client

• More than 60 days before departure: 50% refund

• Less than 60 days before departure: no refund
  All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Article 7 – Cancellation by the Organizer

In case of exceptional events (natural disasters, local instability, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour.

Article 8 – Force Majeure

Neither the company nor the client shall be held liable in case of unforeseeable, irresistible, and external events preventing the execution of the contract.

Article 9 – Liability

VOYAGES ORGANISÉS AUX PHILIPPINES acts as organizer or intermediary only. It is not responsible for incidents occurring during activities operated by third-party providers.
Clients are responsible for their travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.).

Article 10 – Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to subscribe to travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, accidents, and repatriation.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the Philippines.
